I can change the option for the colors in the Terminal. Two problems:

1) The checkbox for 'Invert terminal colors' can be set once. I save this option, restart the IDE, uncheck this option and restart the IDE. The option still remains 'checked'.

2) I can load presets but when I change the colors the way I like to have they cannot be saved and not reloaded.

I investigated it little bit deeper. The option

/instance/org.eclipse.tm.terminal.control/TerminalPrefInvertColors=true

is set automatically regardless what I set in the options. As far as I see this option was introduced with 435360.


My workaround: Since Eclipse ignores this checkbox ==> invert the colors on my own and Eclipse inverts them back :-/

Do you possibly have the Oomph preference synchronizer running somewhere that will reset these preferences? These settings are preserved in my testing.
