Handly 1.5 is going to drop support for Eclipse Oxygen (4.7) and Xtext 2.12, and require at least Eclipse 2018-12 (4.10) and, for Xtext Integration, Xtext 2.16.

The main reason for this change is that Eclipse Oxygen will not even launch on Java 11 (bug 533390, fixed in Photon), and Eclipse 2018-12 is the first release that supports Java 11 completely (https://www.eclipse.org/eclipse/news/4.10/jdt.php).
