Bug add new server WildFly

When I try to add a new WildFly server and the refresh adapter trigger is executed, the "Red Hat JBoss Middleware" option simply disappears from the list of available servers and doesn't come back, even after restarting Eclipse. "Define a New Server" screen.

This dialog is not provided by the Eclipse Platform project. Moving it to Java EE Tools, they might have a clue what you are talking about.

I am unable to reproduce this. Do you have more details, steps, or error messages?
