We'll use this bug to track the release We require IP Team approval of the IP Log. We require PMC approval of the release and review materials. There's help regarding releases in the handbook. https://www.eclipse.org/projects/handbook/#release
This review will cover all the following releases: 2.0 (Enterprise Web Services) 3.0 (Jakarta XML Web Services) 3.0 (Jakarta Web Services Metadata)
The IP Log is approved.
I've updated the review records to reflect that this release review will take place during the next date available: October 7th, pending PMC approval and the results from the ballots still missing.

It appears that we've gotten ahead of ourselves on some of the ballots. Reopening.

The Jakarta SOAP with Attachments 2.0 is free to release. We'll leave this open while we track the other components in the project.
I've changed my mind. I'll use one bug each to track the specifications.
