The ELK project downloads page at
https://www.eclipse.org/elk/downloads.html
contains a link to 
https://build.eclipse.org/modeling/elk/updates/nightly
which gives an ERR_SSL_OBSOLETE_VERSION in Chrome.

Hmmm. I don't think we'll be repurposing build.eclipse.org as we're moving services off of it.  We'll announce its deprecation and work with projects to move their nightlies to download.e.o.

The SSL libraries on build.eclipse.org are obsolete, and the machine will be shut down in the future.

Please move your nightly builds to download.eclipse.org
