This is a feature request.

Oomph provides a single bundle pool (<home>/.p2) across multiple eclipse installations and workspaces. That speeded up installing clean work environments for me.

Every time I set up a new work environment, the PDE has to download the entire target platform.
I wish PDE could be configured to share the bundle pool with oomph.
