We'll use this bug to track the release We require IP Team approval of the IP Log. We require PMC approval of the release and review materials. There's help regarding releases in the handbook. https://www.eclipse.org/projects/handbook/#release
IP log submitted in https://dev.eclipse.org/ipzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=22319
Please notice that we schedule reviews to conclude on the first and third Wednesdays of the month once we have reviewed the IP log and get PMC approval. Even though your release date does not have to coincide with the review date, the review must conclude successfully before you can make the release official. Please update the release date accordingly (after July 15th).

Thanks. I've set the release date to July 16.
Dimitris, checking past reviews of the Epsilon project I've noticed you've successfully completed a review in May 2020 (https://projects.eclipse.org/projects/modeling.epsilon/reviews/2.0-release-review) A project team may declare official major or minor releases and distribute associated products for up to **one year** following a successful release or progress review. Reviews are not required for bug-fix/service releases. However, intellectual property must be properly accounted for and tracked at all times. There is more information in the handbook: https://www.eclipse.org/projects/handbook/#release If you wish I can withdraw this release record and you can go ahead with your release.

Apologies - I somehow missed this bit. > If you wish I can withdraw this release record and you can go ahead with > your release. That'd be great, thanks.
Great. I'll close the bug then. Good luck with your release, Maria Teresa
