Select a structural change in the upper right pane of a java compare editor. The
text compare preview automatically enters a fragmented mode which only shows the
text parts corresponding to the selected change.

I'd like to just jump to the beginning of the text change when selecting a
change. The fragmented mode could be started on demand via the "Show Selected
Element Only" action from the main toolbar (as for other editors), or when a
change is doubleclicked.

The current behavior is very unfortunate when I want to inspect a method which
changed name and contents: I have to scroll manually to the changed lines, since
selecting the incoming and the outgoing changes only show blank as their
counterpart.
