Open Declaration 
95% of time doe snot work ! Intermittent (Eclipse 2020 -03) 
'1. Won't select anything 
2. Pulls list of project EXCLUDING current project 

When user select function in CURRENT project why bother with lists of ALL projects in workspace with EXCEPTION of current one !

This is most likely not a bug in Platform-IDE.

To move your report to the correct project:
- Which package are you using? e.g. Eclipse IDE for Java Developers
- Which editor are you using? e.g. Java

The problem is on Eclipse IDE 2020-03 using C/C++ editor - no Java
