RotatingPalette, the XYChart's DefaultColorPaletteProvider and probably others use randomish colors or very vivid colors.

It would be nice to propose color-blind friendly palettes, or at least use less aggressive colors, such as the ones suggested in sites like this: https://colorbrewer2.org/#type=qualitative&scheme=Paired&n=12
