We plan to switch from a quarterly release, aligned with every release of the Eclipse SimRel, to a half-yearly release, skipping every second SimRel. 

By doing so, we may assign more resources to bug fixes and feature development that would have been bound by release engineering efforts. 

We plan to make this switch for 2020-06 already, meaning that ne next release will be for 2020-09.

As there were no replies, we did not contribute to 2020-06 M2 and will contribute the 1.25 to 2020-09 instead
