I have been unable to log in with my user account
jgsuess@gmail.com

ID https://accounts.eclipse.org/users/jmissingname4x2/

I have used reset password and successfully entered the password.

I cannot log in with the changed password.

To report this issue, I had to create another user account.

We had some account issues on Feb 7, and your account was in a bad state. I've restored it; you should be able to do a password reset now.
