In windows machine, unresolved inclusion issues appear back when you switch between the run to debug configuration modes

This is similar to https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=561008 but the issue seems to appear when you switch between the configurations.

I'm trying to create the bugs for all the possible cases so that we can fix and have a reference to check
