When AQL 7.0 is released (part of the next Acceleo 3.7.x release), make sure we switch to it. It now uses ANTLR Runtime 4.7.2, which is in line with other products which use Sirius. We should also probably include ANTLR Runtime directly into our repo. Currently it is an indirect dependency (via AQL) but is not included. This assumes that when installing Sirius p2 will find it somewhere (Orbit? the currently running installation?). Since 4.7.2 is will only be available in the Orbit released for 2020-03 (which few users will have, at least at first), having it directly inside our repo should reduce the risk of installation issues.

For Sirius 6.3.1 branch, we finally only change the range of AQL to allow to be compatible with AQL 7.0 (but we don't force to be compatible only with AQL 7.0). It will be done later.
