A behavior similar to the one described in Bug 553257 can be observed.

Of course instead on states and transitions, here the issue can be reproduced while creating a new association from a class A to a class B whereas it already exists one.

The dialog seems to be shared between the two use cases and sould be removed (cf. Bug 553257)
