There is a feature in moka incubation (not FMI) that block the creation of connectors between 2 ports in a composite structure diagram.

After a quick investigation it seems that this bug comes from one of these 4 plugins : 
-org.eclipse.papyrus.moka.fmi.ease
-org.eclipse.papyrus.moka.fmi.fmi2uml
-org.eclipse.papyrus.moka.fmi.ui
-org.eclipse.papyrus.moka.ssp.profile (probably this one)

This bugs comes from org.eclipse.papyrus.moka.ssp.profile more specifically it cause by elements types but for now I don't know how to fix it. 

This bug cannot be reproduce if the SSPProfile is applied.
