Добрый день, я столкнулся с проблеммой в Eclipse. При запуске EclipseInstaller мне выдаёт ошибку: The catalog not be loaded. Please ensure that you have network access and, if needed, have configured your network proxy. С интернет соеденением всё в порядке, все хосты рабочие. Как решить эту проблему?

It seems that your eclipse is not able to reach the marketplace server. Are you behind a proxy? Maybe a personal firewall blocks traffic? Are you able to open https://marketplace.eclipse.org/ in the “Internal Web Browser” view?
