We'll use this bug to track the release

We require IP Team approval of the IP Log.

We require PMC approval of the release and review materials.

Your release is scheduled for October 18, but the IP Log was not submitted until October 19. What is your intention?

Housekeeping.

The IP Log was approved.

I don't see evidence of PMC approval, but I'll optimistically assume that the PMC was okay with this release.

I'll further optimistically assume that the release was issued.
