Scrolling up does not reveal the Authorize/Cancel buttons

On some smaller devices like the 4.7" iPhones, the Authorize/Cancel buttons on the OAuth2 authorization page (https://accounts.eclipse.org/oauth2/authorize) are unusable, since they are completely covered by the footer and scrolling up does not reveal them.

This issue can also be reproduced in desktop Firefox and Chrome when reducing the window height while having opened https://accounts.eclipse.org/oauth2/authorize, so that the footer covers the Authorize/Cancel buttons.

Upping the priority.

Hi Christian,

The buttons are now visible on mobiles and desktop. The footer now adjust itself depending on the height of the screen.

Thanks for opening this bug.
