UI freeze detector stack trace capture

Hi,

I have been noticing an issue since my company upgraded to Windows 10 1809 (don't think I had the problem before on 1703, but not 100% sure), I am running Eclipse 1909 Linux under Windows Subsystem for Linux.

The issue is that when running a custom build command, the UI progressively freezes for a longer and longer time at the beginning of every run. At the beginning it is pretty fast, but then it gets worse with every run, until it reaches 12 seconds or more of freezing. Restart resolves it temporarily until it progressively gets worse again.

I have tried various things like switching back to Eclipse 1906, cleaning up my path, switching JVM to the latest, etc. without avail.

I am attaching a sample stack trace that gets captured by the UI freeze detector (this is from a 5 sec freeze, so capture pretty much at the end of freeze).

Hoping for suggestions to address this annoying problem. Thanks!
