I would be much surprised if this has any relation to JDT, I don't even know what that deployment descriptor could be to begin with.

Please think hard, which plugin could implement that functionality.

This bug hasn't had any activity in quite some time. Maybe the problem got resolved, was a duplicate of something else, or became less pressing for some reason - or maybe it's still relevant but just hasn't been looked at yet.

If you have further information on the current state of the bug, please add it. The information can be, for example, that the problem still occurs, that you still want the feature, that more information is needed, or that the bug is (for whatever reason) no longer relevant.

What is that a screenshot of? So much is cropped out, I can't tell where it is in the UI, or what button Copy button is being referred to.

Given that it lived in JDT for 2 years before being recategorized to WTP, it's not a surprise that there's no further information given to help understand what wasn't working.
