EMFForms should contribute an eclipse preference page which allows to configure whether segment or legacy tooling should be used. This REPLACES the runtime parameter used before.

Contributed a preference page "EMF Forms" to the Eclipse preferences. This allows to configure settings for the EMF Forms IDE tooling. Added a configuration option for the tooling mode. With this, the runtime parameter to configure the tooling mode was removed again.
