Shows my ECA status.

Please look at the issue on https://github.com/eclipse/sumo/pull/5764 You can see my ECA verification as none. Whereas I clearly did it as you can see here https://accounts.eclipse.org/users/sdhoke/eca. I guess it is a bug with eclipse github app.

The ECA validation is failing because the author did not include a "Signed-off-by footer" which is required for all commits made by a contributor.

Please re-open if the status check is still failing after you added a sign-off-by footer to all of your commmits!
