The plugin org.eclipse.papyrus.uml.ui contents code for RichText. This code should be moved to another location, in order to be able to get a plugin org.eclipse.papyrus.uml.ui with no dependencies on Papyrus, like the plugins org.eclipse.papyrus.emf and org.eclipse.papyrus.emf.ui. 

The refactored plugin org.eclipse.papyrus.uml.ui will content code from org.eclipse.papyrus.uml.expressions.edit (like papyrus.emf.ui). 
This refactoring will allow to use common code from org.eclipse.papyrus.uml.ui in the UML Expression Framework and in the Papyrus-model2Doc UML DocumentStructureTemplate.edit for the EMF property view.
