Currently the Source -> Cleanup menu is only available if one project is selected. Would be nice to have the option to run cleans on multiple projects.
Ups, already possible. Not sure if that is new or if I misremember. Sorry for the noise.
Menu entry Source (and therefore Clean-up) is not visible if I select the project or multiple projects.
The ability to run cleanups on multiple projects is a very nice feature in Fabrice Autocleanup Github extension. Roland and Fabrice, could that also enabled for the JDT cleanups? I guess that the related property test would need adjustment.

Yes. I use Package Explorer (of course!), and you Project Explorer :-).

It is something for me but I will try to immigrate all the code of AutoRefactor first.
