Hello,

under section 4.3.4 and 4.3.8 there are dead links to two examples in the help docs.

- "Mapping example" is not present (link: https://www.eclipse.org/app4mc/help/app4mc-0.9.4/index.html#example-mapping-1)
- "Task creation example" is not present (link: https://www.eclipse.org/app4mc/help/app4mc-0.9.4/index.html#example-task-creation)

Several link are related to the currently deactivated examples.
Till the example is upgraded we will remove the dead links.
