I have a Browswer widget that contains some text fields and outside the Browser widget I have a Text widget. 

When navigating from the textfields inside the Browser widget by TAB key to the Text widget outside the Browser, no focus event is triggered when the cursor is positioned in the Text widget outside the Browser. 

Reproducible on Firefox, Chrome and IE
