It is no more possible to create an association between a Stereotype and a Metaclass. 

Steps to reproduce:
- Create a profile diagram
- Create a Stereotype and add a Metaclass on the profile diagram
- Try to create an association between the Stereotype and the Metaclass. It is not allowed.

However, you can create the association between two Stereotypes and move one of the association end to the Metaclass.
