In the delete tool the "container" variable is missing, like in other tools e.g. in the create tool.

Current: only "root" and "element" variable
Expected: "root, "element" and "container" variable

Effect: unable to delete an element from it's tree-container, when the tree-container is not also the semantic container (i.e. to remove the reference).
