Taking out from Bug 543649, we might actually need separate warnings for separate preview features for 2 reasons -
1. we need to see if translation will work with this setup
2. How will UI interpret it to provide a quick fix to move to a particular compliance level. Switch Case/ Expression preview feature needs compliance level 12, but a preview feature of Java 13 will need a quick fix to move to Java 13.

This should be possible via the problem arguments specifying the required level.

Considering that preview features are short-lived, personally. I am not for spending lot of effort for this.

This bug hasn't had any activity in quite some time. Maybe the problem got resolved, was a duplicate of something else, or became less pressing for some reason - or maybe it's still relevant but just hasn't been looked at yet.
