Steps to reproduce: 
	1. Create a new model M1, with a subpackage P1.
	2. Apply a first profile Profile1 on M1. 
			-> the profile is not applied to P1 and it is OK.
	3. Create a subresource from P1. 
			-> Profile1 is automatically applied to P1, with, in additional, an EAnnotation "duplicateProfile" -> it is OK
	4. Apply a second profile Profile2 on M1
			-> the profile is applied on M1, but not on P1, which is in a controlled resource. I think is should be applied to avoid trouble with required stereotype (Extension#isRequired=true), see Bug 543303
