The sample project needed for reproduction

- install both plugins from vps.zip in a developement platform or exported as plugins
- launch a runtime eclipse
- import the sample.zip project, and open the EPackage's diagram
- activate VP2 viewpoint on the project's aird
- activate the VP2 layer on the diagram
- desactivate the vp2 viewpoint

==> the layer button remains checked, even if it's not possible to activate a layer anymore

Comment 2 Laurent Fasani CLA 2019-02-07 03:21:33 EST
I could not manage to reproduce this issue.
After desactivating the vp2 viewpoint, the vp2 layer is no more displayed in the layer drop down menu
