to reproduce the bug follow setup manual:

- eclipse-installer->advanced->Eclipse IDE for Eclipse Commiters (next)
- select Papyrus-RT (next)
- (next .. next.. finish)
- installation breaks when trying to fetch http://download.eclipse.org/modeling/mdt/uml2/updates/5.3milestones/
