A video showing the issue.

For "Single pixel" states, they seem to disappear and re-appear on the screen when scrolling horizontally. 

To reproduce open a trace (kernel) and zoom out to about 1-3 seconds. the slowly pan a control flow view left and right. Small states will flicker in and out.
