TreeCursor's bug.

Here is a live example, http://www.xworker.org/rap?app=examples.swt.custom.CursorExample.

In this example RAP version is 3.7, and SWT version is 4.7.

I think may be just copy the sources of TableCursor and TreeCursor from SWT to RWT is ok. Sorry I have not studied the source code. I just uses it.

Bugs
TreeCursor has a bug, this bug happends occasionally. I don not know how to trigger it. See the gif of attachment.
