I20040304
My workspace contains all eclipse.org as source from CVS. If I delete a 
project every .project in my workspace is dirtied because the deleted project 
is removed from the .project. I don't understand why this is necessary? I 
didn't change the project definition, and the other projects still have the 
dependency, even tough PDE had removed it.
I am missing some technical reason why this is necessary? Or could it be 
fixed, even better:)
