The View Template Editor (TemplateModelEditorPart) should support opening files from the history. Thereby, these files should not be editable.

The view template editor is now capable of showing view templates from a history revision of an EGit history or Eclipse's local history. Thereby, the files are opened as read-only and can be automatically migrated if they are of an outdated version.
