GUI navigation to problem:
Debug Configuration > Edit Configuration > Source > Add... > Path Mapping > Add > Compilation Path/Local file system path.

1. The text cursor appears under "Compilation Path" but typing does not appear until keyboard focus moves to the next control.
2. The text cursor does not appear under "Local file system path" and it is not possible to navigate to this control to enter text, hence the whole path mapping function is broken.

I am running Eclipse in Ubuntu 16.04, in a VirtualBox VM, under Windows 10, but this is the only GUI problem I have seen in this setup.

Running Eclipse 4.9.0 and Oracle java 1.8.0_191
