Description Ken Freeland CLA 2018-11-06 09:20:30 EST
I receive a null pointer exception when launching RCPTT 2.4.0.201806290314 via Photon Build id: 20180917-1800. The Eclipse Progress tab error states:

Launching ex_rcptt (Finished at 9:16 AM)
An internal error occurred during: "Launching ex_rcptt".

An error dialog pops up, too, which also includes:

java.lang.NullPointerException

Thank you for your help in resolving this issue.

What is RCPTT?

What is the stack trace of the NullPointerException?

This bug hasn't had any activity in quite some time. Maybe the problem got resolved, was a duplicate of something else, or became less pressing for some reason - or maybe it's still relevant but just hasn't been looked at yet.

If you have further information on the current state of the bug, please add it. The information can be, for example, that the problem still occurs, that you still want the feature, that more information is needed, or that the bug is (for whatever reason) no longer relevant.

There's nothing anybody could do here without sufficient information.
