When using the mongodb binding instead of the normal eclipse_link then (at least) <group> and <subscription> resources cannot be created in om2m 1.3

For Subscriptions, the resource doesn't seem to be stored at all. It is returned in the REST request but it is not created in the DB.

For Groups, there is at least a stcktrace:
