Currently, it is possible to start creating a Duration Link or General Ordering on any element (Lifeline, ...). The source element for these links should be restricted to OccurrenceSpecifications.

This is a usability issue: once we've started creating such a link on an invalid element, it is impossible to complete the creation of a link (We can never find a target element that will result in a valid complete request, because the source is invalid anyway)

Always available in the 2018-12 M3 version. Postponed to 4.3.0.
