We'll use this bug to track the release We require IP Team approval of the IP Log. We require PMC approval of the release and review materials.
The IP Log is approved.
We need to update projects from Eclipse Public License 1.0 to EPL-2.0. This requires an update to the Foundation DB, file headers, and about and feature files. The new file headers should look something like this: /***************************************************************************** * Copyright (c) {date} {owner}[ and others] * * This program and the accompanying materials are made available under the * terms of the Eclipse Public License v. 2.0 which is available at * http://www.eclipse.org/legal/epl-2.0. * * SPDX-License-Identifier: EPL-2.0 ****************************************************************************/ Though, a find-and-replace operation against the existing headers should also yield good results. Is this something that you can do for this release? If not, can you please make it a priority to do this as soon as possible after the release? Also, please add a CONTRIBUTING and LICENSE file to the project repository.
