When creating a Lifeline on an Interaction, the default representation is used (Simple lifeline, Header + Body).

However, when creating a Lifeline on a Lifeline, the parent one takes the "Parent lifeline" representation and loses its body. All graphical elements present on the parent lifeline are removed

Questions:

- Do we delete semantic elements as well? Or just hide them from the diagram?
- Do we keep CreateMessages on the parent lifeline? (They target the lifeline header, so they may not need to be deleted)
