After hitting the "Continue Rebase" button, the toolbar remains visible and takes user input for several second. We should disable or hide the toolbar at the beginning of the "Continuing Rebase" job (and eventually display it again, if necessary).

PS: I have not tested whether hitting the buttons twice leads to desaster, because I always noticed this on production repositories.
