Use case to reproduce

The title expression for the page, section and activity is not taken into account.
It is the label that is taken into account and it must be different from the id. 
To reproduce
- Import my.project.design.zip
- Open project.odesign
- Remove the label
- Launch a runtime and import Sample.zip
- The page has no label
- In project.odesign, modify the label
- In the runtime reload the vsm, the label of the page is displayed. KO, this the tittle expression that should be displayed and not the label

The workflow component is deprecated and will be removed in a future version;
this will never be fixed.
