To be clear, this is an enhancement request.

I use egit pretty heavily in Eclipse.  I also utilize the Emacs+ plugin heavily.  It's great when they can complement each other.

In this case, it would be very convenient if the "Switch To" function, which I currently have to get to through a series of menus, was directly accessible as a function that I could bind a key to.  If I could do that, I could easily switch to a different branch without even touching the mouse.
