Description David Hotle CLA 2018-08-02 22:07:47 EDT
I am running Eclipse Java EE IDE for Web Developers (4.7.3a). When I am editing a Java file in the Java perspective, a block quote automatically completes if I enter a "/*" and press enter....it will look like the following afterwards:

/*
 *
 */

Although, if you attempt to enter a block quote on the last line of a file (and no new line is after the comment) and press enter, the block quote doesn't automatically complete. It ends up looking just like this:

/*

This bug hasn't had any activity in quite some time. Maybe the problem got resolved, was a duplicate of something else, or became less pressing for some reason - or maybe it's still relevant but just hasn't been looked at yet.

If you have further information on the current state of the bug, please add it. The information can be, for example, that the problem still occurs, that you still want the feature, that more information is needed, or that the bug is (for whatever reason) no longer relevant.
