Core Databinding has updated the IConverter API to use generics. Papyrus Converters (Mainly in org.eclipse.papyrus.infra.widgets) can be updated to that new API

Note that we need to formally update to Core Databinding 1.7 first (It will be first released in Photon.1); see Bug 537569
