Description Mathieu Cartaud CLA 2018-07-27 05:07:16 EDT
Workflow element can be created under the root of a VSM, alongside with Viewpoints.

It can be confusing because to activate a workflow in a modeling project, it should have at least one of the viewpoints defined in the same Aird file activated. This mechanism is not very clear for user and it might limit the possibilities of workflow usage. For instance I might want to create a workflow applied only for one of the viewpoints of my Aird file because it as no sense with other viewpoints.

To address this issue, a new reference can be added in the Workflow element that reference multiple Viewpoints. It will allow user to choose precisely for which viewpoints the workflow is activated (if the reference is let empty, the workflow might be activated for all Viewpoints)

The workflow component is deprecated and will be removed in a future version;
this will never be fixed.
