The Title Expression is a field used to compute a label to display to the user. It is used in Section, Activity and Page elements.

For Page elements, this is not the result of the Title Expression that is displayed to the user but the content of the property Name

The workflow component is deprecated and will be removed in a future version;
this will never be fixed.
